Compare pricing and services. It’s important to research different pricing and service models. Each company will provide different pricing structures. Each company will have different dumpster rental periods. It is your job to gather this information before ordering.

Research different sizes. Next up is to research the dumpster sizes. Many dumpster companies will offer a 5 yard dumpster all the way up to the 40 yard dumpster. Our dumpster sizes page will give you great information on which sizes are best for your specific situation.

Know what type of materials you will be throwing. It’s important to know that certain materials may incur fees if you throw them into our bins; some examples include mattresses, tires and appliances. Make sure you let the company know what you plan to throw so they can let you know if there will be an extra fee or not. Some companies will not charge fees for certain materials that other companies would because they either have a deal with the landfill or have a great recycling system to appropriately and efficiently recycle the material.

How long will you be renting a roll off for? Having a roll off container for longer than the period agreement can result in a higher cost. To get the most accurate quote, be specific about the length of time you will need to have it for. It’s better sometimes to overestimate your rental period needs to avoid extra costs caused by the inconvenience of letting the company know last minute.
